Official Opening of SBF and SBF Foundation Offices

SBF and SBF Foundation encourage business leaders and the business community to come forward to collaborate and help build a more inclusive Singapore. The call comes amidst the official opening of the new SBF and SBF Foundation premises at SBF Center on 5 September 2017. Gracing the occasion were Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Minister for Trade and Industry (MTI) S Iswaran. Some 150 guests comprising SBF Foundation donors, SBF member companies, partners, stakeholders and media attended.

2015

Inaugural Fundraising Dinner

The SBF Foundation launched its inaugural fundraising dinner on 9 October 2015 at Gardens by the Bay. The event was graced by Minister for National Development, Mr Lawrence Wong and attended by close to 500 prominent members of the business community. More than S$1 million was raised from the dinner.

Signing Ceremony for Memorandum of Understanding between Singapore University of Technology & Design, Singapore Business Federation & Singapore Business Federation Foundation

The Singapore Business Federation Foundation & Singapore Business Federation signed a MOU on 29 April 2015 with the Singapore University of Technology & Design to provide scholarships to 12 underprivileged students.

2014

Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament

The Foundation organized its first-ever Charity Golf Tournament on 22 May 2014, and raised $386,000 in support of programmes to help disadvantaged youths. Graced by Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, the event had a total of 138 golfers from 37 companies.
